Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by AiPixture or its licensors. You are granted a limited license solely to view the material on the website.

You are explicitly prohibited from: • Publishing website content in other media; • Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any website content; • Publicly performing or displaying website material; • Using this website in any way that may damage or affect access to it; • Using this website in violation of applicable laws and regulations; • Engaging in data mining, harvesting, or extracting activities on this website; • Using the website for advertising or marketing without prior consent. Certain parts of this website may be restricted from access, and AiPixture reserves the right to impose further access restrictions at its discretion. Any user ID or password you may have must be kept confidential.

At AiPixture, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. We encourage you to provide feedback so we can improve our services. To request a refund, send an email to aipixtureinfo@gmail.com. Refund processing may take up to 20 days, depending on your financial institution.

Our service plans come with a variety of features tailored for different business needs. To ensure fairness and optimal service for all users, we request responsible usage. Projects created on AiPixture should only be used for single events and meaningful photos should be added to galleries. We recommend using at least one event every two months to avoid your account being considered dormant, which may lead to suspension. Dormant accounts are flagged to prevent security risks. If your usage closely resembles that of premium-tier clients, we may suggest upgrading your plan. Continued violation of the Fair Usage Policy may result in account suspension or termination. Please note that the Wedding Suite plan is intended only for weddings and social events. For other events such as conferences, marathons, or business meetings, you should use an appropriate Event Organizer plan.

AiPixture services, including access to galleries and sharing features, are only available with an active subscription. Gallery links created under the Wedding Suite are valid for one year unless otherwise specified during the onboarding process. If your subscription lapses, gallery links will be disabled until the subscription is reinstated. Links inactive for more than 3 months will be deleted.

The AiPixture website is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal advice.

AiPixture, its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of this website.

You agree to indemnify AiPixture against any liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from your use of the website in violation of these Terms.

If any provision in these Terms is deemed invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

AiPixture reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed.

AiPixture can assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notifying you. You may not assign or transfer your rights without AiPixture’s prior consent.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and AiPixture, superseding any prior agreements or understandings regarding your use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
